COO and Co-founder of Xiaoe Tech
Fan Xiaoxing received a master’s degree in digital media from the University of Sussex in 2015. Before that, she had worked as media marketing manager at Roland Corporation from 2012 to 2014 and as marketing coordinator at Maker Club(UK) for five months in 2015. Fan co-founded Xiaoe Tech in 2016, and is in charge of marketing.

West Kalimantan native, Leontinus Alpha Edison, graduated from Atma Jaya University in Yogyakarta in 2003 with a bachelor’s in Information Technology. He worked as a website developer for various companies before becoming the General Manager of PT Indocom Mediatama, where he met co-founder William Tanuwijaya and future Tokopedia investor Victor Fungkong. Edison is also the co-founder of Indonesian VC firm Kolibra Capital.

Farid Naufal Aslam was the CTO of a Bandung-based design studio Monoponik from 2012 to 2014, while he was still reading for a degree in Business Management in Technology and Informatics at the Telkom University in Indonesia. In 2015, he established PasarLaut.com, an e-commerce platform for fishermen. PT Aruna Jaya Nuswantara was later incorporated to transform PasarLaut.com into a fishery tech startup Aruna.

Central Java’s highest national exam scorer, Anggita Arum Pertiwi (known as Gita), is currently pursuing her undergraduate studies in Accounting at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in Yogyakarta. Originally from Temanggung regency in Central Java, Gita won third place in the National Accounting Challenge 2015. She is IWAK’s financial controller and also works as a teaching assistant at UGM. IWAK is a crowdfunding startup for commercial fish farming.

He dabbled in selling wine and tourism, before joining Huawei as a project manager in 2001 (the year China entered the WTO), traveling across China and overseas (India, Thailand, Nepal, etc.) for work. Xue quit Huawei in 2008, spent a “gap year” mountaineering, before founding Yunjiazheng.

He worked at Sonae SGPS for over eight years, starting out as a financial controller and rising to become Head of Corporate Finance. In 2006, he became the MD of corporate finance firm Change Partners. He then joined as director at a family investment firm in 2009, before working for Sonae again in 2013.
