Co-founder and CEO of Qlue
Rama Raditya graduated with a master’s in Management Information Systems in 2005 from Strayer University, USA. He returned to Indonesia and joined PwC as an IT auditor for a year. He then worked at Bank Danamon as an IT auditor and advisor before moving on to Ernst & Young. In 2013, he founded TerralogiQ, which later launched Qlue as part of Jakarta’s Smart City initiative. Rama became the CEO of PT Qlue Performa Indonesia when Qlue was incorporated as a standalone company.

Domenico Tukiman is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Southern California, USA. As an undergraduate between 2012 and 2015, he interned at companies in the US and Indonesia, including Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group and PwC. After graduating in 2015, he worked at ARIS, an investment consulting firm based in California before returning to Indonesia in 2017 to establish Synergo, a human resources management software startup.

He has a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and a bachelor's degrees in financial analysis and modelling from Claremont Graduate University as well as a master's in computer science from the University of California, Irvine.

After earning his bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, he returned to Indonesia and took on contract work for two years. Halim eventually decided to create his own company and recruited two university friends: classmate Raymond Christopher, and teaching assistant Theodorus Budiyanto, both of whom were working in US tech companies at the time. After Christopher and Budiyanto returned to Indonesia, the three established data wrangling company Delman.

He started his career as a web developer at PT Webgis Indonesia, staying there for almost three years.In 2016, he started his own software development house Senusa. In 2018, one of Senusa's products KODI became a spin-off digital platform for cooperative businesses. She worked there for over four years while reading a degree in Industrial Engineering at Universitas Persada Indonesia. Indah joined mobile company Utiba in 2007 and moved on to work at Fusion Payments in June 2011, climbing up the ranks to become VP of Services in 2015. Indah obtained an MBA from IPMI International Business School in 2017 and eventually left Fusion Payments to establish PT Infra Digital Indonesia.
