Nikhil Kaushik is one of the three co-founders of a startup company and MIT spin-off, Graviky Labs, which he began together with Anirudh Sharma and Nitesh Kadyan. The company developed AIR-INK, an industrial and customer-grade ink made of upcycled carbon emissions that are captured and purified through patented proprietary technology.  At Graviky Labs, Kaushik heads its operations and finance, and formerly oversaw its supply chain and business relations.Kaushik is a qualified chartered accountant. Prior to Graviky Labs,  he worked in Ernst & Young managing tax advisory and compliance work for large Indian and international corporates.  Kaushik was named one of Foreign Policy magazine's 100 Global Thinkers in 2016 along with the other Graviky Labs co-founders.

An Economics graduate from the University of Tokyo in Japan, Tomonori Tsuji initially worked as a digital marketing consultant at ItoKuro Inc. He later worked in Singapore as a product manager at an online media management company Leapseas Pte Ltd. At Google, he held different positions in the US global headquarters, and the Beijing and HK offices. Luk led the development of Google Maps APAC. He holds a BS in Computer Science, Cornell University; and an MS in Computer Engineering, Stanford University.

He joined Miaozhen Systems at the end of 2011, where he developed a series of B2B products for brands and advertisers. She joined MININGLAMP Technology as co-founder and CTO in 2013; led development of DataInsight (MININGLAMP's data mining platform); and headed the algorithm team, which served clients in the sectors of finance, homeland security and manufacture. A serial entrepreneur, he co-founded game media platform Ye Zizhu in 2003.
