Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Datanest
Thibaud Plaquet hails from France, where he earned his master's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Polytech'Paris UPMC. He previously worked as an apprentice tech support at Philips and later became an apprentice system engineer and channel account manager at Sony. In 2016, he moved to Indonesia and met Manggala Ratulangie when the two were hired to head a joint venture. After the project wound down, they established data science startup Datanest in 2017.

Between 2012 and 2014, Raymond Christopher worked as a teaching assistant while pursuing a PhD in Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley. There, he met future co-founders Surya Halim and Theodorus Budiyanto, who were taking their undergraduate degrees. After he earned his PhD, Christopher joined marketing and analytics company LiveRamp as an intern, and afterwards became a software engineer at Google. He returned to Indonesia in 2018 to establish data analytics firm Delman.

Angelo Syailendra is a veteran in business analysis and investment. After earning a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with summa cum laude from the University of Michigan in USA, he went to Stanford University to read a master’s in Economics and Finance. He worked as an analyst and associate in companies such as Morgan Stanley and Affinity Equity Partners. He also helped to establish foodtech startups Klik-Eat and BlackGarlic. Angelo is currently a director at a data centre company DCI Indonesia.

He is now CEO of Dekoruma which he co-founded with fellow NTU graduate Aruna Harsa.

He co-founded a digital media agency Cactus Project while reading a Computer Science degree at Universitas Bina Nusantara in Indonesia. The agency’s clientele included cigarette firm Sampoerna and Adam Khoo Learning Technology. However, he exited Cactus Project in 2012 and co-founded Kreavi, a network and showcase platform for creative industry professionals. He was the CEO for almost three years before selling Kreavi to set up Qlapa in 2015.
