Co-founder of FarmCloud
Pedro S. Sarmento is a Portuguese technology entrepreneur and co-founder of FarmCloud, where he was head of strategy from its founding in April 2016 until June 2017. From June 2017 until April 2018, Sarmento was head of product for PriOps, a blockchain API data sharing platform, after which he assumed the CFO role at Kolokium Blockchain Technologies, the firm that commercializes PriOps' product. Sarmento had previously worked in a variety of entrepreneurial roles, including in the aquaculture and used goods sectors. He holds an MBA specializing in Management from Lisbon Lusiada University.

Born in 1987, Wu became so obsessed with the game Counter-Strike as a high school student his family sent him to Canada to focus on his studies. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 2010. After graduation, he worked briefly as a game developer and an auditor in the TMT industry. Before joining Hero Entertainment as co-founder and president, Wu was the youngest vice president in the history of ZhenFund, a Chinese VC firm. From 2012 to 2015, he helped ZhenFund invest in multiple successful gaming projects, including several developed by Hero Entertainment.

The young business student had also worked at McDonald's, becoming a crew leader within the first year in 2001.During his national service as a platoon sergeant in 2008, Alvin and friends often joined and won several business enterprise competitions. Alvin went on to set up mobile games portal TheMobileGamer that lasted for over six years until April 2015. Laku6 was established a month later.

The mechanical engineer from Nanyang Technological University majored in manufacturing, including automation, logistics and supply chains. After graduating in 2007, she spent a year studying Advanced Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.In 2010, the master's postgrad from London School of Economics worked as associate consultant at The Parthenon Group London and later moved back home to work for McKinsey in Jakarta. In 2016, she joined O2O startup Kudo that was acquired by Grab. She co-founded Logisly in 2019 to help digitalize the trucking sector.

In 2018, the university mates have co-founded another tech startup ikuTeam, with Jesus as lead designer. The file-sharing platform is part of Atlassian Marketplace.

He worked on building a new 3D printing technique for organs before switching to AI. To do so, Bellavista embarked on a project to apply this technology to the hospitality industry, testing it out at the Nostrum outlet, a self-service food franchise, that he co-owns. The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.
