Shuai Ke graduated from Jiangsu University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Insurance. Upon graduation, he joined Colgate to work in marketing and sales. Two years later, he joined news portal NetEase. In April 2014, he resigned from the post of editor-in-chief for the tech channel at NetEase and co-founded Fenbi, the predecessor of Yuanfudao.

From 2015 to 2016, he was the technical director of the Institute of New Rural Development at Shanxi Agricultural University in China. He currently serves as CTO at Singrow.

She has worked as an ICT consultant to expand maternal and neonatal survival projects in six Indonesian provinces since 2012.
