After graduation, Nisa and a UGM friend Rushan, decided to set up IWAK; a crowdfunding platform to kickstart commercial fish farming businesses to help poor families to improve their livelihoods in Rushan’s home village of Kebon Agung in Nganjuk. Nisa also works in public relations for another company, Otoman.

United Family Food, first as an Operations Manager and then as a Project Manager. He was also a volunteer on a missionary trip to Kolkata, India, to help underprivileged children and youths. Wijaya continues to work in Lemonilo, the health food company that was born from Konsula’s pivot, and is currently co-CEO of the company.

Its inaugural program was held in Bergen, Norway, followed by a second batch in Cork, Ireland.
