Poizon became a unicorn when its valuation exceeded US$1 billion in April 2019 due to a Series A funding round led by DST Global. 

Zhang Xiaotian was born in Jiangsu Province in September 1986 and has an MBA from the University of Portsmouth, UK. In late 2015, he became the CEO of Chongaibao.com, a pet dogs and cats breed data service provider. He founded Tips in September 2017.

Ex-Googler Li Zhifei ("Watch Bro") is founder and CEO of advanced voice recognition tech startup Mobvoi, producer of the bestselling TicWatch smartwatch. After graduating from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Li worked at MobileSoft on WAP and Bluetooth-related projects from 1999-2002. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 2010. At JHU, he built Joshua, an open-source software for machine translation. Li joined Google in 2010, where he helped create Google's mobile offline translation system. Inspired by the launch and success of Siri released in 2012, he left Google and returned to China to found Mobvoi end-2012.   

Blanca Rodríguez Montero won the MIT LatAm Startup competition in 2015 while completing an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at MIT's Sloan School of Management. She also worked in Boston for VCs like Rough Draft Ventures and Founder Collective while at MIT. In 2011, she started her first job at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) after graduating with in Law and Business Administration in Spain. In 2014, she joined BCG consultant Victor Sánchez Rodríguez to co-found edtech Smile and Learn. In June 2018, she moved to Paris as co-founder of Next Station, an online recruiting platform for international talent.

Meng Taiqi, also known as Meng Hongbing, is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to founding SoundEMS in 2017, he founded HLZEN, an O2O local services platform, and KZtour, an online travel site, in 2013. Both of the websites are currently out of service. Meng once worked as a project manager at Bobocorn, a Beijing-based company that sells popcorn and pre-movie advertisements to movie theaters. Meng received his bachelor's in Product Design Innovation from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.

Italian Silvia Raga is CEO and co-founder of Spanish healthtech startup DyCare, which she began developing in May 2014 and formally founded in 2015. With a background in healthcare management, Raga previously worked at INDIBA in Barcelona as Senior Quality Engineer, Researcher and Product Engineer at Barcelona's Hospital San Pau's cardiology department and Quality Engineer at Italian medical device manufacturer CID in Vercelli. She holds a master's in Biomedical Engineering from Turin Polytechnic in Italy and an MBA from EAE Business School in Barcelona. 

Elevation China Capital (ECC) is an equity investment firm, with offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Silicon Valley. Founded in Beijing in June 2010 by managing partner Man Li, the VC focuses on investments in early-stage and high-growth stage tech companies.In August 2019, Shenzen's IGTech became its most recent investment as part of a seed funding worth RMB 10m. The Guangdong company provides intelligent manufacturing solutions to help digitize the production process to improve safety, efficiency and quality using advance data management technology.

Currently based in the UK, Carlos González-Cadenas is a serial entrepreneur and business angel. In 2017, he became the CPO and CTO of GoCardless, one of the fintech partners of Billin. He founded Fogg in Barcelona in 2008 to build an advanced semantic search platform for the travel industry that was acquired by Scotland's Skyscanner in 2013. As CPO of Skyscanner in UK, he was able to scale the product development organization globally before the company was acquired by the Ctrip group for US$1.75 billion in November 2016. He was also part of Oberlo that was acquired by Shopify.

Feng Shicong graduated from Peking University (PKU) in 2003 with a degree in Computer Science. He was a weighted member of the PKU Sky Network search engine program (the predecessor of Baidu) and has years of experience in the sectors of NLP, big data and information retrieval. Feng developed an acronym search and automatic disambiguation vertical search engine during his time at HP China Research Institute. He has more than 50 patents and over 20 papers published in academic journals such as TKDE and CIKM. Feng is a founding member of Miaozhen Systems and co-founder of MINING LAMP technology. Bailian.ai is his third company.

Raúl Tapias Herranz was previously a sales manager with Galp Energy. It is headquartered in New York City with additional offices in London and Moscow. In 2015, Access Industries established Access Technology Ventures which has invested in Snapchat, Yelp, Alibaba, Spotify, etc.

He has over eight years of work experience in marketing, operations and management in the clinical laboratory diagnostics industry. He was also a product specialist at Non-invasive Genetic Abnormalities Test in Your Clinic and at Natera Inc. He co-founded Lab Panorama Bandung in 2009 and left in 2013 to become the founder of LabConX that was later rebranded as PesanLab.
