Co-founder of Therapixal
Pierre Fillard is Chief Science Officer and co-founder of Therapixel, creator of AI-powered breast cancer screening and diagnosis software MammoScreen. At Therapixel, he previously held the positions of CEO and CTO. Elton Ho completed a master’s in food analysis and food safety management at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2015. Ho met Felix Cheung during the master’s program and they continued to develop the advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP) technology after their graduation. They went on to co-found IXON Food Technology in January 2017, with funding from an angel investor.Ho had previously worked as a laboratory supervisor for nine years at the Vegetable Marketing Organization (VMO), monitoring the levels of pesticide chemical residues and heavy metals in domestic and imported fruits and vegetables. The VMO is a self-financing, non-profit organization established in 1946 to support local vegetable wholesalers and customers in Hong Kong. After completing a MSc in Videogames Programming at the University of Hull in 2009, he worked for almost three years in Cambridge UK for Ninja Theory as an engine programmer.In 2013, he worked as a senior core-tech programmer at the Lionhead Studios in Guildford UK, designing and maintaining low-level and multi-thread systems, physics library integration, as well as gameplay optimizations.Together with Alberto Gordillo who also worked at Lionhead Studios, he co-founded Poligor Studio in 2016 as CTO to develop a VR tech-demo and simulation of the Great Fire of London 1666. They left the London startup a year later and went to Madrid to set up Play2Speak with Polimeni as CTO. Since 2019, he is also a core-tech consultant for Polystream.

Learning from the experience, he decided to eschew the Starbucks-style “third home” retail concept and opted for grab-and-go stalls that are cheaper to establish, but without abandoning the quality of the coffee served. The concept proved to be a hit, and Tirtanata's new venture became a nationwide sensation.Aside from his role as CEO of Kopi Kenangan, Tirtanata is getting more deeply involved in the F&B startup ecosystem. In February 2020, he joined Gojek and startup ecosystem builder Digitaraya in establishing Digitarasa, a new accelerator program for F&B businesses.
