Michael Sugianto joined the Startup Weekend 2015 event, while reading his bachelor's degree in Business Information System at Universitas Bina Nusantara. Michael and other team members spent over 54 hours developing the idea for a farm-to-table online marketplace. The team won the runner-up prize, and the business idea was further developed into TaniHub.Michael graduated in 2016 and decided to focus on building TaniHub full-time. In 2017, the TaniHub team also launched the agri-focused P2P lending platform TaniFund, expanding TaniHub into the TaniGroup.

Pedro Ruão is the Portuguese founder and CEO of Omniflow. Prior to founding Omniflow, he had worked for seven years as a development engineer at Norcam and Protosys, the latter in the area of energy. Ruão won the EDP Richard Branson innovation prize in 2010 and had studied Materials Science at the Faculty of Engineering at Oporto University.

A graduate in Visual Communications from Universitas Trisakti in Indonesia, he also co-founded XM Gravity that later became part of the global advertising company WPP. Ben also founded a multichannel women content media Fimela and was also the CMO of KapanLagi Network, one of Indonesia’s major online content producers. He joined Muslimarket in February 2016.

The Singapore-based investor was founded in 2018 and focuses on diversity investments, with 40% of its portfolio companies being led by women.The firm invests up to S$200,000 in participating pre-Series A startups. All of the program’s startups receive S$50,000–75,000 with an additional investment of up to S$150,000 for top performing companies.To date, the early-stage VC has invested in 25 startups. Recent investments in 2020 include stakes in Bangladeshi mobility platform Shuttle and Indonesian startups KaryaKarsa and MyBrand.

He won the first prize in a competition presenting an app to treat mental illness like phobias. The project led him to co-found Psious in 2014, taking on the role of CBDO. Roig was been responsible for the expansion and innovation strategy of Psious, leading the business development unit until April 2017 when he left the company.Based in Barcelona, he is now the sales manager at Supertronic SA. He had previously worked for Supertronic for two years until 2007 while still at university. He had also worked as webmaster for Redfactory SL for five years prior to joining Supertronic in 2005.
