Pauline is the co-founder and CEO of Indonesian eSports team RRQ. He was a professional eSports athlete in the early 2000s and turned to management when he was asked to join RRQ in 2013. He is also Chairman of the Indonesian eSports Federation (FEI). Pauline studied at the London School of Public Relations in Jakarta.
