Co-founder, CMO and COO of Limakilo
Lisa Ayu Wulandari is an alumni of Telkom University in Bandung with an engineering degree in Electrical & Instrumentation. She later obtained a master’s in Business, Management and Marketing at Jakarta’s Prasetiya Mulya University in 2015.Lisa started as a management trainee at PT Schneider Electric in 2011. She worked in the Services Marketing division for more than five years at PT Schneider Indonesia.

Ex-United Nations employee Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Informatics Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. As a student, he and BukaLapak co-founder Achmad Zaky opened a noodle shop near their dorm. Previous to BukaLapak, he had worked at Indosat, the United Nations and The Boston Consulting Group. He also co-founded Suitmedia, a digital agency that develops websites for companies such as HijUp.com and MasukNegeri.com.

Swedish Lund University systems developer Manfred Ekblad was a chief product officer at software developer LJ Systemutveckling AB. He is also a serial entrepreneur, with startups like Avectris SE in 2004, Online Business Indonesia in 2011 and BWI Press in 2013. Manfred is now based in Bandung as co-founder and CTO of Astronaut Technologies, a video-based recruitment platform.

Pablo Zamora is a biotechnologist from the University of Santiago, where he worked as a professor and research scientist until 2008. In 2009, he started his postdoctoral research on Mexico’s maize genetics at UC Davis Life Science Innovation Center. He worked there as a senior scientist and associate until 2014. In 2015, he was appointed the center’s Chief Science Officer based in Chile, a position he was in till January 2018.From 2013–2015, he also worked on various plant and microbe genomics projects as a senior scientist in Mars Advanced Research Institute. He was also an editor from 2012–2017 at the Journal of Technology Management & Innovation and worked at the non-profit PIPRA from 2010–2018 as international alliance manager in Sacramento, University of California.In 2015, he co-founded The Not Company (NotCo) based in Santiago. He was appointed CSO in February 2018, a role he led until March 2020, when he left the company to focus on a new project, AptaBuilder, a $60m program that promotes R&D for Chilean technology-based ventures. Zamora still consults as NotCo’s senior scientific advisor.

INSEAD graduate Edward Widjonarko holds a bachelor’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology. As an undergraduate, he was on the Dean’s List for six consecutive semesters, and graduated cum laude in 2008 with a GPA of 3.97. Prior to studying for an MBA at INSEAD in Singapore, Edward worked as a consultant at Arghajata Consulting and then as a project manager at boutique corporate advisory firm AJCapital Advisory. At INSEAD, Edward met Cicil co-founder Leslie Lim.

Wiradeva "Devon" Arif has been developing video games since 2007. When a group of fellow developers and gamers at the Bandung Institute of Technology decided to build their own game development company, he decided to join. Devon then became one of the 18 founding members of Agate. He continued as a developer until 2011, while also working as CFO since 2009. In 2016, he transitioned into his new role as Agate's Chief People Officer.
Wiradeva "Devon" Arif has been developing video games since 2007. When a group of fellow developers and gamers at the Bandung Institute of Technology decided to build their own game development company, he decided to join. Devon then became one of the 18 founding members of Agate. He continued as a developer until 2011, while also working as CFO since 2009. In 2016, he transitioned into his new role as Agate's Chief People Officer.

Fitri Andriani is multitalented, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the Universitas Islam Bandung in Indonesia. She worked as a flight attendant over three years. She later became a supervisor of mining business administration at PT Humpuss, a petrochemical and shipping company. She then left her last job in February 2013 as executive secretary at a telecommunications company Smartfren. She became a co-founder and COO of Tripvisto in April 2014. She left Tripvisto in 2015 to work on “W Project”.
Fitri Andriani is multitalented, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the Universitas Islam Bandung in Indonesia. She worked as a flight attendant over three years. She later became a supervisor of mining business administration at PT Humpuss, a petrochemical and shipping company. She then left her last job in February 2013 as executive secretary at a telecommunications company Smartfren. She became a co-founder and COO of Tripvisto in April 2014. As Agate continued to grow, she took over the role of COO and eventually became Chief Marketing Officer.Like most of the other original members of Agate, Shieny graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor's in Informatics Engineering.

In 2014, he joined Sony Indonesia, managing the company's portable audio product sales, before moving to Go-Jek in 2017 to head up the company's growth experiments in Go-Tix and Go-Pay. Dimas and former Go-Jek colleague Wisnu Nugrahadi established gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.

Imron graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2001 with a bachelors in Industrial Design. In 2004, he founded Irisdesain, a studio which fulfilled below the line corporate branding needs. In 2013, Imron co-founded Digital Happiness, an Indonesian video games development studio. Prior to setting up Digital Happiness, he was a 3D animator and design consultant. He created a simulation game for the Indonesian army. He is now CEO of Digital Happiness.
