Miguel Ángel Torrero is the Spanish co-founder and COO of RatedPower, which produces software to automate the design of solar power plants. He has worked there since 2017. He is also an expert photovoltaic engineer and helped build the pvDesign platform.Prior to to RatedPower, he worked for more than five years at renewable energy company Solida in Madrid as a solar photovoltaic engineer. He studied Industrial Engineering at Carlos III University of Madrid.

Vicky Hardiman is an experienced creative professional and self-taught programmer. After graduating from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2010 with a degree in Visual Communication, Vicky worked at e3Learning as a multimedia developer for the Australian e-learning company. He was promoted to an art director role but left in 2014 to become a project manager at Prismafox, a graphic design company. He later became the co-founder and CTO of a crowdfunding platform for music concerts Konserku, originally known as Konsaato.

Li earned his master’s degree in Software Engineering from Nankai University. He won the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award four years in a row starting in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, Li was in charge of system architecture design at Fetion, an instant messaging tool developer. In 2011, he co-founded a startup that provided personalized reading recommendations, but it failed after eight months. Li co-founded Worktile with Wang Tao in late 2012.

Video game developer Kris Antoni Hadiputra had his start creating mobile games at Matahari Studios in 2008. In 2009, he teamed up with fellow developer Sudarmin Then to create their own games under the banner of Toge Productions, creating their first hit, the zombie-themed game Infectonator within its first year. Toge Productions has since grown to become a full-fledged game development and publishing studio. Kris graduated from Murdoch University, Australia in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Games Art and Design.

She resigned in early 2018 and worked as an HR consultant for Indonesia Power, PLN's commercial subsidiary. Later in 2018, she joined Hilman as Arkademi's Chief Learning Officer, responsible for helping course partners design curricula and develop content tailored for online learning.

Before Cocuus, Larumbe founded and directed eight other companies, the majority, like Cocuus, also based in Pamplona, Navarre. During his extensive entrepreneurial career, Larumbe had experience with design and manufacturing in 3D processes, which he used to innovate in Cocuus. Before Cocuus, he was a director at his building materials distribution company, On Clima, for two years, which was preceded by a two-year stint heading up Tohama, an IoT tech developer for Somfy products. Prior to that, he was commercial director for 20 years at building services company Terradisa and also founded its Catalonia offices.From 2000–2013, Larumbe was the founder and board member at Acustica Arquitectonica, an acoustic architectural design company and from 1995–2005, he had the same responsibilities at his hospitality company, Ostatu Zaharra.
