Founder and CEO of Prodsmart
As the son of an industrialist in Portugal, Gonçalo Fortes grew up immersed in the family's manufacturing business. In 2005, the computer engineer founded IT consultancy Crazydog to develop software for diverse businesses. CEO Fortes and web developer Samuel Martins, both formerly from Lisbon's Superior Technical Institute, started to develop AI-based software to help manufacturers to achieve the Industry 4.0 productivity objectives.In 2014, Fortes and Martins co-founded Prodsmart and exited Crazydog. Hugo Monteiro of Spotahome
Hugo Monteiro is a Portuguese IT Engineer from Universidade de Lisboa. The co-founder and VP Engineering of Spotahome was previously employed at Portugal Telecom and BNP Paribas. He has also worked for startups like UniPlaces in the real estate sector in Lisbon, Portugal.He connected with co-founder Bryan McEire when the latter moved from Spain to work in Lisbon. He was invited to join the Spotahome co-founding team when the proptech was revived by CEO Artacho on his return from London.

Pandu was briefly an associate for civic projects at East Ventures before establishing Warung Pintar with East Ventures colleague Agung Bezharie Hadinegoro in 2017. Pandu is currently focused on Code for Bandung, an initiative that promotes collaboration between citizen coders and the municipal government. Pandu holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia and had worked as a network administrator at his alma mater for two years.

The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.

He left the company in 2007 to become a lecturer and director of an incubator at Yogyakarta's Universitas Amikom.In 2017, he was approached by Indonesian entrepreneur Kiwi Aliwarga who was looking for engineers to build Indonesia's first passenger-carrying drones. They co-founded FROGS to design and build passenger-carrying drones in Indonesia, with Nasiri as COO and chief certification officer.
