David Pérez Bou is a co-founder and co-CEO as well as deep learning engineer and software architect at Deep Solutions, a producer of deep neural network software for image recognition. He combines this role with positions as an Airport Systems Consultant at Airport Gurus, an airports consultancy firm in Barcelona, and as an IT business consultant at the trade body the International Civil Aviation Organization in Panama. Prior to these positions, Pérez worked at Spanish engineering and defense systems giant Indra System and also previously worked as a software developer at agency Datalab. He studied both Engineering and IT Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Javier Moya Maier is the Spanish co-founder and CFO of Sea Water Analytics, a tourism-focused data aggregator with user app to measure seawater quality. The technology has been in development since 2017, though the company was formally launched in Madrid in April 2020. Moya previously spent more than a decade working as an industrial engineer, especially in the area of project management in different Madrid-based companies.Moya has worked at insurance company Prosegur, at travel management company Flightcare, and at engineering firms MOMO and Essentium Group. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Madrid's Pontificia Comillas University and has completed a course in Lean Manufacturing. 

Eulàlia Sánchez is co-founder and Chief Science Officer at medtech startup Biel Glasses, which pioneered a solution that lets people with low vision lead independent lives. She is also a professor of Optics and Optometry and an expert optometrist at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), where she has worked for the last 30 years. She is also coordinator at the Low Vision Research Unit at the university's Vision Center. She holds a master's in Optometry and Vision Sciences from UPC. 

José Enrique Díaz Buzón graduated in law at the University of Seville in 1999. He has a qualification in EU law, and a master’s in business consultancy. In 2005, he also studied labor relations at IE Business School in Madrid.In 1999, Díaz began practicing as a lawyer, specializing in commercial and corporate law and business consultancy. González-Montejano volunteers frequently for organizations helping the elderly. 

After graduating from Universitas Bina Nusantara's dual degree program in 2012, Stefanie Suanita went to work for GDP Venture, part of the Djarum Group in Indonesia. She specialized in product management and joined GDP Labs in 2015 as senior principal product manager for the internal research and venture building arm. In 2017, she founded Catapa and became the CEO of the HRtech startup that was internally incubated at GDP Labs. The Information Systems and Management graduate had two years' experience in HR as supervisor of internationalization and people career development at her alma mater BINUS University.

Łukasz Krasnopolski is the Polish CEO and co-founder of medtech diagnostic hardware and app Higo Sense, where he has worked full-time since 2017. He has also been the CEO of Polish tech incubator ToReforge since 2015 and is a co-founder at gaming developer Walkabout Games, established in 2017. Krasnopolski has also been the owner of internet marketing agency Red2black since 2007 and was founder and co-owner at e-commerce-for-children startup more4kids.pl between 2008 and 2012, when he exited the company that is now listed on the Polish stock exchange. He is a supervisory board member at Cloud Technologies, a leader in online advertising and big-data cloud computing in Europe and holds a master’s in entrepreneurship from Warsaw’s Kosminski University.

Charlie Bavington holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Edinburgh and has done postdoctoral research at the Scottish Association for Marine Science in natural marine products specializing in glycobiology and carbohydrate chemistry.In 2000, he moved from academic research to industry, joining a marine biotechnology company where he has been responsible for natural product discovery and contract research. Peter Windischhofer graduated with a management degree in 2012 at Vienna University of Economics and Business, including a stint at the University of Hong Kong. Student internships included various roles at McKinsey & Company, Perella Weinberg Partners, Realtreuhand and Raiffeisen Bank.In 2012, he joined CUDOS Group and worked for over a year as a business analyst in Vienna. In 2013, he met Refurbed co-founder Kilian Kaminski during a master’s program run by Hult International Business School. Both men worked in China while studying international business. Windischhofer spent six months running an online “TripAdvisor” review platform for Chinese language schools in Shanghai.In October 2014, Windischhofer joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant working on digital marketing and product development projects for marketplaces and e-commerce companies in Europe.In 2017, he left McKinsey to co-found Refurbed with Kaminski to build an Amazon-style marketplace for refurbished electronic goods. The idea was inspired by a personal experience when Windischhofer bought a used smartphone after seeing a classified ad. The phone stopped working after two weeks. The incident prompted him to create an e-commerce platform specializing in selling quality refurbished e-products with carbon-neutral credentials like planting a tree for every sales transaction.
